Problem

To seal joints between new external concrete slabs in order to prevent the potential seepage of oil into the groundwater.

Solution

NCC were contacted by A E Yates, the Contractor, for advice.

A E Yates had to find a quick and easy to install, oil resistant, trafficable and durable sealant for the joints.

NCC immediately recognised this as a perfect application for Sikaflex PRO 3WF.
